Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ak11 platform at https://ak11.im ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an account or place any wager. Your continued use of ak11 following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "ak11" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://ak11.im, including all services, products, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the ak11 registration process.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund or deposit amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which ak11 accounts are denominated.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal channel listed as accepted on the ak11 platform, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules governing each casino game or sports market offered on the Platform, accessible within each game or betting section.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ak11, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, regulatory changes, or acts of government.

Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of ak11 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ak11 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be classified as a compulsive or problem gambler, and you must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by ak11 or any other gaming platform.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee or contractor of ak11 or any of its affiliated game studios or software providers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ak11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or identity used. ak11 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multiple Account holders. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ak11 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, confiscate any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify ak11 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ak11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. All transactions and bets placed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a breach of security prior to those transactions being executed.

Account closure requests may be submitted to ak11 support at any time. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ak11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ak11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the Supported Payment Methods listed on the Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. ak11 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ak11 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification includes confirmation of identity, age, and ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

ak11 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for any money transfer or currency exchange activity unrelated to genuine gaming or betting. Any Account found to be conducting transactions that do not reflect genuine gameplay will be subject to immediate suspension and investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

ak11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. The general principles governing all ak11 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation with other users, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
• ak11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirement already in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.
• Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or T20 World Cup tournaments are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of each promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions conducted on ak11 are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the specific product being used. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ak11 does not accept cancellation requests for bets after they have been placed and acknowledged by the system, except where a product-specific rule expressly permits cash-out or cancellation.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or balance, ak11 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore affected Accounts to their pre-error state.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are based on the official scorecards published by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament organiser. For BPL and IPL markets, the official league results are used for settlement.
• Live in-play betting markets are settled on a best-efforts basis in real time. Delays in data feeds from third-party providers do not constitute grounds for a refund or void unless the delay materially affected the integrity of the market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ak11 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software or game systems, rather than reporting them to ak11 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or sports event offered on the Platform.
• Conducting transactions that are designed to launder money, evade taxes, or circumvent financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• Transferring Account balances to another user or accepting a balance transfer from another user by any means.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards ak11 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ak11 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ak11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ak11.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without authorisation.
• Use ak11 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ak11 for display on the Platform. These studios' terms of use apply to their respective game content.

Privacy and Data

ak11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://ak11.im/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

ak11 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party network outages, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. ak11 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

ak11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any activity that ak11 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Upon termination for cause, ak11 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is terminated without cause, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination regardless of cause.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests submitted during an active self-exclusion period will be processed immediately. Standard closure requests are processed within 5 business days on Bangladesh Standard Time.

Amendments

ak11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ak11 will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with legal obligations or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ak11 Platform or these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure described below.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
